EliySell only what you can deliver
Offer only work, goods or services you can actually provide, lawfully, as described and at the price agreed. Honour bookings you accept and orders you take. If something changes, tell your customers and update your record so Eliy says the right thing.
Not on Eliy
- Illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, or anything requiring a licence you do not hold.
- Adult services, gambling, and get-rich or multi-level schemes.
- Financial, investment or medical advice or products, unless you are licensed to give them and say so.
- Counterfeit goods or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Anything the payment provider prohibits.
Be straight with people
No misleading claims, invented reviews, fake scarcity or hidden conditions. Only make promises you can keep, and only ask Eliy to say what is true. Use customer details only to serve those customers, never to spam or sell on.
Do not misuse the service
- No fraud, impersonation, phishing or deception.
- No harassment, threats or hateful content.
- No malware, credential theft or attempts to bypass security.
- No automated abuse or interference with the service or with other people’s links.
Enforcement
We may remove content, pause a website, hold funds while something is looked into, or end access when we reasonably believe these rules, the law, the payment provider’s rules or the safety of others are at risk. Money you are genuinely owed is still sent to you.
