What does Eliy cost?
Eliy is free to start.
When you want more customers each day, pick a plan: Starter $10 a month for 2 a day, Growth $25 for 5 a day, or Pro $50 for up to 10 a day. In Nigeria they are ₦10,000, ₦25,000 and ₦50,000 for 30 days, by card or bank transfer.
When customers pay you through your Eliy page, a 1.5% processing fee applies.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can start for free, with no card, and Eliy begins looking for customers for you straight away. Pick a plan when you want more each day.
What counts as a customer?
Someone Eliy found who is asking for what you sell. She tells you who they are, where to reply, and writes the first message for you.
What if Eliy finds no one on a day?
She never sends you someone who is a poor fit just to fill a day. If nobody good is asking, she waits and keeps looking.
Does the 1.5% fee come out of everything I earn?
No. It only applies when a customer pays you through your Eliy page. Money people pay you any other way is yours in full.
How do I pay for a plan?
By card. In Nigeria you can also pay by bank transfer.
Do I need a website already?
No. Eliy makes one for you. If you already have a website, she sends your customers there instead.
Can I stop my plan?
Yes. Monthly plans renew each month until you stop them, and you can stop any time. The 30-day passes in Nigeria do not renew. Eliy reminds you before one ends.
Is there a contract?
No. Use your free customers first, then choose a plan only if you want more. Stop whenever you like.
