EliyInformation you give us
Your name, email address and password. What you tell Eliy about your business, by voice or by typing, and any links, photographs or files you share, which become your business record. Where you want to be paid: the name on the account, the bank or provider, the account number and whatever else your country’s banks need to send you money. If you buy a domain, the owner’s name, address, phone number and email, which are sent to the registrar as registries require.
Your customers’ information
When someone pays, books or asks on your website, Eliy holds their name, contact details, what they wrote, what they bought and whether they paid. Eliy uses it to serve them for you: to confirm orders, answer their questions in your name, and show you the conversation. Card details never reach Eliy; they go straight to the payment provider. You may use customer details only to serve those customers.
Customers Eliy finds for you
To find you customers, Eliy reads public posts and pages. For each person she keeps what they posted, where, their public name or handle, and the link to it, so she can show you and write a first message. She notes when someone opens your page through that message, to tell you who came back.
Your chats with Eliy
If you write to Eliy on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, she keeps your handle or number and the messages in that chat, to send you customers and updates there. These messages pass through SocialAPI.ai and Meta. If you choose email instead, she sends them to your verified address through Resend. Stop them at any time in Customers.
Tagging Eliy in public
When someone tags Eliy on X, Instagram or Facebook, Eliy reads that post (and the post it replies to), may reply in public, and keeps the post, the handle and what she did about it. If you sign up through a link Eliy gave you there, your account is linked to that post so she can start from what you said.
Connected accounts
If you connect a social account, Eliy reads your public profile, follower count and posts through a connection provider, to understand your business and use your own photographs and words. Eliy does not read your private messages, and does not post without your yes. Disconnect at any time from Socials.
Voice conversations
When you talk to Eliy, audio is processed to understand you and answer in real time, and is turned into text so Eliy can act on it. Eliy keeps the text of what you told her as part of your record.
Information collected automatically
Device, browser, network, usage and diagnostic information needed to run, protect and improve Eliy, including how you found Eliy (the referring site or campaign link) and your approximate city from your network, and where visitors to your link came from.
How information is used
To run your account and your website; to research your market and propose what to sell; to answer your customers and to bring you more; to collect payments and send you your money; to send the emails you would expect, such as an order or a withdrawal; to answer support requests; to prevent abuse; and to keep Eliy reliable.
Artificial intelligence
Eliy uses AI providers to understand what you say, to build and write your website, to judge which people may need what you do, and to answer your customers. What you tell Eliy, your record and your customers’ messages are sent to those providers to do that work, under their terms. Eliy does not sell your information and does not use it to advertise to you.
Who else sees it
Trusted providers process limited information on Eliy’s behalf: Cloudflare for hosting, storage and domains; Bachs for payments, including your Eliy plan; Resend for email; SocialAPI.ai and Meta for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger messages; and AI providers for conversation and writing. Your payout details are seen only by you and the people at Eliy who send your money.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while it is needed to provide Eliy, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Records of payments and withdrawals are kept as long as the law requires. You can delete your account from Account settings; money you are owed is still sent to you.

- Change what Eliy may do on her own in Your business.
- Disconnect a social account from Socials.
- Export your account data.
- Delete your account.
